We are only a few short hours away from the release of the second NFT drop on the $RAINI platform, and our first drop to include Evolving NFTs! Check it out here if you haven’t as yet — the drop is officially scheduled to go live at 12pm GMT, Sunday 15 August.

In light of the feedback from our first drop, we’ve fine-tuned the interface and changed up the format to ensure a smoother and fairer experience for all. You should also notice a much faster loading site once the latest changes are pushed live in the couple of hours before the drop.

Minting Fees

All NFTs require a transaction to mint. To make sure everyone is on the same page, we’re displaying the fees ahead of time for each NFT in the drop. We have also made some reductions to the mint fee ratio as calculated against the rainbow & unicorn costs.

Note that the mint fee is chargeable per NFT and additional copies result in additoinal mint fees. These are separate to gas fees that may be applicable to finalise the transaction — note that gas fees are outside of our control.

Wallet limits for this drop: 4 per wallet for Evanah, The Wizard, The Dictator. 2 per wallet for Seasons.

NFT Supply

Our first drop was almost sold out in under two minutes, and completely sold out within 15 minutes — leaving many without the chance to redeem a single NFT. To ensure more people can put their rewards points to use we have marginally increased the number of copies on offer, plus this drop has 4 NFTs available in total.

Remember that the supply figure shown for a given NFT reflects the number available on that chain only (ETH or BSC). If you wish to check what’s available on the other chain, just switch your wallet over. We have a 70/30% split of supply between ETH & BSC for this drop.

Evanah is one of our debut Evoling NFTs, and Gold & Chroma versions of this NFT will age over time

Secondary Market Trading

On Ethereum, our chosen secondary market trading platform is OpenSea, and individual NFTs include a link to their OpenSea page once sales commence. Note that as we are deploying a new Evolving NFT contract, our old Rainicorn collection on OpenSea will be renamed Rainicorn Genesis, and our new collection will be called Rainicorn Evolved.

On BSC, we are not so lucky unfortunately — no NFT trading site analagous to OpenSea exists. It’s for this reason we’re working on our own secondary market. However, in order to fast track development of our revolutionary evolving NFTs, we had to shift rsources from this feature to ensure everything was working in time for this drop. Rest assured that our primary focus after today is finalising this marketplace, and we are pulling out all the stops to get this live as soon as possible.

In the meantime, we will be directing all those holding BSC NFTs who wish to trade to our designated sales channel within the $RAINI Discord server.
